§ 16-1001 — Police Officers Retirement Act, how cited; applicability
Nebraska·Ch. 16 Cities of the First Class
Sections 16-1001 to 16-1019 shall
be known and may be cited as the Police Officers Retirement Act and shall
apply to all police officers of a city of the first class.
