Text
No unauthorized person shall drive any vehicle or animal upon or use any railroad track and
right of way in this state as a highway. This section shall not apply to highway or private
crossings over any line of railway in the state, nor to depot grounds, station grounds, nor
switches, sidetracks, and right of way intended for the use of railroad employees, shippers, or
the consignees of freight. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a class B
misdemeanor.
