§ 49-01-04 — Offices of public service commission

The commissioners shall keep their office at the seat of government and shall be provided
with a suitable room, necessary office furniture, stationery, books, and maps, the expense
thereof to be paid out of the state treasury pursuant to the appropriation for such purpose.
