Text
Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this title, or who fails, omits,
or neglects to obey, observe, or comply with any order, decision, decree, rule, direction,
demand, or requirement of the commission, or any part or provision thereof, in a case in which
no other penalty has been provided, shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
