Text
An electric public utility shall submit integrated resource plans to the commission. The
commission may adopt rules and regulations for preparation and submission of integrated
resource plans. At the request of the commission, the applicant shall pay a fee reasonably
necessary for completing an investigation of the integrated resource plan up to an amount not
exceeding two hundred fifty thousand dollars. If additional funds are reasonably necessary to
pay the costs of an investigation of the integrated resource plan, upon request of the
commission and with the approval of the emergency commission, the applicant shall pay such
additional fees as are reasonably necessary for completion of an investigation by the
commission.
