Text
At the general election starting with the year 1978 and every four years thereafter, in
accordance with section 46-06-06, the qualified electors in each county shall select one
newspaper in the county, or if there is no newspaper published in the county, then a newspaper
published in an adjoining county with general circulation in the first county, to be the official
newspaper within such county.
