North Dakota Statutes
§ 44-10-13 — Process for witnesses
The state's attorney, or other person appointed to prosecute, and the defendant,
respectively, are entitled to such process as may be necessary to enforce the attendance of
witnesses as upon a trial of an information or indictment.
