§ 44-10-01 — Additional proceedings - Removal from office
In addition to the proceedings mentioned in chapter 32-13 and chapters 44-02, 44-08, and
44-11, and apart and distinct from any other criminal action or proceedings, the provisions of
this chapter are adopted to obtain a judgment of removal from office.
