Text
A state entity or any political subdivision of this state may not purchase a flag of the United
States of America unless the flag was manufactured in the United States of America. This
section does not apply to the purchase of an item that is not a flag but which portrays a likeness
of a flag of the United States of America, such as food, clothing, a lapel pin, a paper product, or
other non-flag item.
