Text
1.A notarial officer may perform notarial acts authorized by this chapter or by other law of
this state.
2.A notarial officer may certify a tangible copy of an electronic record is an accurate copy
of the electronic record. The prohibition under subdivision b of subsection 7 of section
44-06.1-23 does not apply to a tangible copy certified under this subsection.
