§ 38-25-09 — Ownership of oil and gas
North Dakota·Title 38 Mining and Gas and Oil Production·Ch. 38-25 Underground Storage of Oil and Gas
All oil or gas previously reduced to possession and subsequently injected into underground
storage facilities must be deemed the property of the storage operator subject to the obligation
to pay royalties as set forth in section 38-25-10.
