§ 38-23-09 — County zoning authority

North Dakota·Title 38 Mining and Gas and Oil Production·Ch. 38-23 High-Level Radioactive Waste

A county zoning regulation may not prohibit a high-level radioactive waste disposal
exploratory drilling permit or a high-level radioactive waste facility permitted by the commission,
but may regulate the size, scope, and location.
