§ 38-22-09 — Permit provisions
North Dakota·Title 38 Mining and Gas and Oil Production·Ch. 38-22 Carbon Dioxide Underground Storage
The commission may include in a permit or order all things necessary to carry out this
chapter's objectives and to protect and adjust the respective rights and obligations of persons
affected by geologic storage.
