Text
Upon request of another state agency, the surface owner, or an adjacent landowner, the
department of environmental quality shall conduct a site visit and evaluate site-specific
environmental data as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable environmental protection
laws and regulations relating to air, water, and land management under the jurisdiction of the
department.
