Text

Method. No lands, owned in whole or in part, or on which a reservation of oil and gas rights has been made in a conveyance thereof, by the state of North Dakota or by any department or agency thereof or by any county or other political subdivision of this state, may be leased for oil and gas exploration or production except as provided for in sections 38-09-14 through 38-09-20.
