Text
Whenever the United States of America or any of its agencies or agents shall desire or be
required to acquire or approve title to lands owned by the state of North Dakota, or any of its
agencies, the officers, boards, or commissions having power to convey such lands have power
to convey the same free from any reservation of oil, gas, and minerals and rights thereto, and
free of reservations of archaeological materials.
