Text
1.An individual may not leave an animal unattended in a motor vehicle without ensuring
that the animal's health and safety is not endangered.
2.An individual who violates this section is guilty of an infraction.
3.A law enforcement officer may use reasonable means to enter a motor vehicle and
remove an animal left in violation of this section.
