§ 36-15-10 — Salvage to be deducted from amount paid to owner of condemned animal
Any money realized from the sale of the whole or any part of a diseased animal killed under
the provisions of this chapter may be paid to the owner of the condemned animal and the
amount thereof deducted from the appraised value of such animal.
