§ 36-14-13 — Issuance of certificate of veterinary inspection by unauthorized person - Penalty
Penalty.
Any person who issues a certificate of veterinary inspection for livestock within this state
without being authorized so to do by the state board of animal health or by the United States
department of agriculture is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
