Text
living hog cholera virus and vaccines prohibited - Penalty.
The purchase, possession, or use of living hog cholera virus and vaccines by any person,
including all licensed veterinarians, is unlawful except by written permit issued by the state
veterinarian. Any person violating this section is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
