isolated from other animals.
The owner, agent, or person having in charge any animal infected or suspected of being
infected with any contagious disease shall confine the animal immediately in a safe place
isolated from all other animals with all necessary restrictions to prevent the dissemination of the
disease until the arrival of the state veterinarian.
