Text
The labor commissioner and the commissioner's deputy may employ such clerical and other
assistants as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, and shall fix the
compensation of such employees and may also, to carry out such purposes, incur reasonable
traveling expenses for the commissioner and the commissioner's deputy and assistants.
