§ 34-09-13 — Boycotting, secondary boycotting, and sympathy strikes against public policy

policy. Boycotting, secondary boycotting, and sympathy strikes are hereby declared to be against the public policy and against the peace and dignity of the state of North Dakota and are subject to restraint by the district courts of the state of North Dakota as well as suits for damages therein.
