North Dakota·Title 24 Highways, Bridges, and Ferries·Ch. 24-03 Construction and Maintenance of State Highway System
The director has authority to construct, rent, or purchase for the state the necessary land
and buildings for the storage and housing of road materials, road machinery, equipment, and
tools.
