North Dakota Statutes
§ 24-01-07 — Maps of state, county, and municipal systems
The department at all times shall provide and maintain a map of the state, which must show
all the highways which have been designated, located, created, and constituted as part of the
state highway system, the county road system, and the municipal arterial street system, and if
practical the status of improvement thereof.
