Text
The office of management and budget or the director, when the authority to purchase is
delegated to the director, may purchase equipment, materials, supplies, or other personal
property useful to the department, from the United States government, or any of its officers,
agents, agencies, or corporations, without compliance with the provisions of section 24-02-17.
