§ 24-03-07 — Drains across state highways
North Dakota·Title 24 Highways, Bridges, and Ferries·Ch. 24-03 Construction and Maintenance of State Highway System
The director, when notified by the board of drain commissioners of any drainage district that
it is necessary to run a drain across any state or federal-aid highway, shall make the necessary
opening through such highway and shall build and keep in repair suitable culverts or bridges, as
provided in title 61.
