appropriation.
The department shall designate the portion of highway on state highway 5 in Bottineau
between the junction of thompson street and the junction of brander street as the LCDR. Carl J.
Woods Vietnam bridge and shall place signs along the highway designating that name. The
department may accept any appropriate signs or funds donated to the department for the
placement of signs. Any donated funds are appropriated to the department on a continuing
basis for the purpose of providing signs designating the portion of highway on state highway 5
as the LCDR. Carl J. Woods Vietnam bridge.
