§ 24-01-55 — Yellowstone trail - United States highway 12
The department shall designate United States highway 12 from the South Dakota border to
the Montana border as the Yellowstone trail and at a minimum shall place signs along the
highway designating that name and may use appropriate signs donated to the department.
