Text
The director, by order, and as part of the cost of constructing, reconstructing, or repairing a
state highway or any part thereof, may acquire by gift, permission, purchase, lease, or
condemnation, temporary easements or rights of way for the purpose of providing a temporary
detour at such location as the director designates.
