§ 24-01-17 — Grade crossing elimination
The director has the authority to contract, on an equitable basis with any railway company,
and to let all the necessary contracts for the construction of bridges, underpasses, and
approaches necessary for the separation of grades at points of intersection between railroads
and the state highways.
