§ 24-01-15 — Director to designate through highways
The director, with reference to highways under the director's jurisdiction, may designate as
through highways any state highway or part thereof and erect stop signs or yield signs at
specified entrances thereto where vehicles are not otherwise required by law to stop or yield
right of way.
