Text
A political subdivision may expend federal revenue-sharing moneys for any purpose for
which general or special fund moneys of the political subdivision may be expended, regardless
of whether a tax levy by a vote of the political subdivision electorate has been made or is
required for such purpose. For the purposes of this section, "political subdivision" means any
county, city, township, or other unit of local government.
