Text
The treasurer of every taxing district shall keep a warrant register, which must show in columns appropriately arranged:
1.The number and registered number, date, and amount of each warrant presented.
2.The particular fund upon which the same is drawn.
3.The date of presentation.
4.The name and address of the person in whose name the same is registered, and
subsequent assignees, if furnished therewith.
5.The date of payment, when made.
6.The amount of interest, and the total amount paid thereon, with the date when notice
to the person in whose name such warrant is registered and is mailed as hereinafter
provided.
