§ 21-03-17 — Record of proceedings
Every municipality shall provide and keep a record book in which its auditor or secretary
shall record a full and correct statement of every step or proceeding had or taken in the course
of authorizing and issuing municipal bonds, including a statement of the affirmative and negative
votes cast by the electors.
