Text
Notwithstanding section 20.1-15-01 or 20.1-15-06, when a hunter is involved in an accident
resulting in the death or serious bodily injury, as defined in section 12.1-01-04, of another
person, and there is probable cause to believe that the hunter is in violation of section
20.1-01-06, the hunter may be compelled by a game warden or a police officer to submit to a
chemical test.
