Text
Any propane exploder or similar noisemaking device designed to ward off blackbirds which
is located within one hundred sixty rods [804.67 meters] of an inhabited dwelling may only be
used during the period between sunrise and sunset. Any person who violates this section is
guilty of a class 2 noncriminal offense.
