Text
Upon the request or demand of the director, the deputy director, any game warden, or any
peace officer, an individual who is hunting, trapping, or fishing immediately shall provide the
appropriate license in paper or electronic format to the officer making the request or demand.
Any individual who violates this section is guilty of a class 2 noncriminal offense.
