§ 20.1-03-23 — Records to be kept by licensed dealers in green furs - Report to director - Penalty

North Dakota·Title 20.1 Game, Fish, Predators, and Boating·Ch. 20.1-03 Licenses and Permits

Penalty. Each person licensed to engage in the business of buying or shipping green furs shall keep a true and correct record of each purchase of green furs made by that person. The record must show:

1.The date of the purchase.

2.The name and address of the seller.

3.The kind and number of furs involved in the purchase.

4.The amount of money paid to the seller for the furs purchased.

5.Any additional information as the director may require. The information contained in the record must be furnished to the director on forms prepared by the director and under rules the director may adopt. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a class 1 noncriminal offense.
