Text

- Penalty. It is unlawful for a person to fail or refuse to turn over any moneys collected or authorized to be collected under this title, or to fail or refuse to turn over and deliver to the director all applications, stubs, and mutilated and unused licenses and permits. The director may take appropriate action to recover from the person so defaulting, or on that person's bond.
