§ 20.1-03-19 — Remittances by agents to the director
At the beginning of each month, the director shall provide each agent appointed to distribute
hunting and fishing licenses a statement reporting the agent's license sales for the previous
month. By the fifteenth of each month, the agent shall remit to the director the funds collected
for license sales for the preceding month.
