Text
Each resident applying for a license or permit to hunt elk, moose, or bighorn sheep under
this chapter must be assessed a nonrefundable application fee of five dollars for each license or
permit application in addition to the fee charged for the issuance of the license or permit under
this chapter. Each nonresident applying for a license or permit to hunt bighorn sheep under this
chapter must be assessed a nonrefundable application fee of one hundred dollars in addition to
the fee charged for the issuance of a license or permit to hunt bighorn sheep under this chapter.
