Text
The following records, regardless of form or characteristic, of or relating to the game and fish department are exempt under section 44-04-18 and section 6 of article XI of the Constitution of North Dakota:
1.A record that would identify the name, address, or electronic mail address of an
individual participating in a wildlife harvest survey.
2.A record that would identify population distributions or locations of pallid sturgeon,
bighorn sheep, moose, elk, eagles, sage grouse, prairie chickens, and any species of
wildlife listed as threatened or endangered under the federal Endangered Species Act
of 1973 [Pub. L. 93-205; 87 Stat. 884; 16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.], as amended.
3.Telemetry radio frequencies or global positioning system coordinates of monitored
species, denning sites, nest loca
