required - Rules.
Any person who brings into this state any mounted trophy head or horns, has any trophy
head or horns mounted in this state, or comes into possession of any horns of dall sheep, stone
sheep, desert bighorn sheep, or Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep shall have the trophy head or
horns plugged or tagged by the department. A trophy head or horns plugged or tagged in the
state, province or territory of Canada, or in Mexico where the sheep was taken satisfies the
requirements of this section. The department may adopt rules to implement the provisions of
this section.
