Text
Penalty.
No person may directly or indirectly hunt, trap, or fish or assist in any way in hunting,
trapping, or fishing while the person's privileges have been suspended by a court or by the
department of health and human services under section 50-09-08.6. Any person violating this
section is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
