Text
No person may in any manner willfully destroy, molest, disturb, or tamper with any net, trap,
crib, or other contrivance being used by the department for the purpose of catching or holding
wildlife. No unauthorized person may remove any wildlife from any net, trap, crib, or other
contrivance being used by the department.
