§ 18-13-10 — Local regulation (Contingent expiration date - See note)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, home rule charter, or ordinance made under a
home rule charter, a political subdivision may not enact or enforce any ordinance or regulation

conflicting with any provision of this chapter or with any policy of this state expressed by this
chapter.
