§ 18-01-03 — Deputy state fire marshal to assist state fire marshal - Duties when state fire marshal absent

Each deputy state fire marshal shall assist the state fire marshal, and in the event of a
vacancy in the office of state fire marshal, or during the absence or disability of that officer, the
chief deputy state fire marshal shall assume the duties of the office of state fire marshal.
