§ 18-01-30 — State's attorneys to assist state fire marshal
The state's attorney of any county, upon the request of the state fire marshal or the state fire
marshal's deputies or assistants, shall assist such officers upon the investigation of any fire
which, in their opinion, is of suspicious origin.
