of insurance commissioner.
1.There must be served upon the owner, mortgagee, lessee, tenant, occupant, and other
persons known to have or claim any interest in the premises described in the order of
abatement a copy of the abatement order and a written notice stating:
a.The title of the proceeding.
b.The name of the court in which the proceeding is instituted.
c.That the abatement order has been filed in the district court.
d.That the state fire marshal will apply to the court for a judgment enforcing the
terms of the abatement order.
e.That all persons interested in the premises described in the abatement order or in
the proceeding in the district court will be required to appear therein and state any
objections to the order, within twenty days after the date of service of the notic
